SUBJECT:            Public Hearing Change of Location

PURPOSE:          To conduct the business of the New York State Independent Redistricting Commission

DATE AND TIME:             Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 4:00 PM

LOCATION:                       Virtual

Pursuant to Article III Section 5-b and Section 94 of the Legislative Law, the New York State Independent Redistricting Commission has been constituted to determine the district lines for congressional and state legislative offices.

The public hearing will be streamed online at www.nyirc.gov. A recording of the hearing shall also be available to the public.
